Winterstoke 2026/27
Privacy
Winterstoke is run by Altus Mountain Guides. This page covers what we collect through winterstokefest.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated October 19, 2026.
What we collect
- Selling gear
- When you register for the Gear Swap: your name, email, phone number, how you want to be paid (and an e-transfer email if it's different), and each item's details, prices and photo.
- The clinics list
- When you ask to hear about the January clinics: your email address.
- Visiting the site
- Anonymous visit counts (which pages, roughly where from) through Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you.
- Booking a session
- Session bookings and payments happen on Rezdy, our booking system, under Rezdy's privacy policy. Card details never touch this site.
Why
To run the swap: register your gear, send your seller number and tags, sell your items, and pay you. To email clinic details to people who asked for them. That's it. We don't sell your information or share it with sponsors.
Where it's kept
Seller registrations and clinic sign-ups are stored in Altus Mountain Guides' Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Drive), and confirmation emails are sent from it. The clinics list is also kept in Brevo, the service we use for email newsletters. These providers may store data outside Canada.
How long
Seller details are kept until the swap is settled and payouts are done, then deleted within 12 months. You stay on the clinics list until you unsubscribe; every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or take yourself off any list, at any time. Email info@altusmountainguides.com and we'll sort it out.
